5. Video Processing

When you upload a video, it is sent to our AI analysis pipeline (powered by Google Gemini). The video is processed solely to generate your scoring report. Videos are not stored, shared, or used for model training. Processing typically completes within 60 seconds, after which the video data is discarded.

6. Third-Party Services

Supabase (US region) — account data and scoring history storage
Google Gemini AI — video analysis processing (paid tier, data not used for training)
Stripe — payment processing
Netlify — website hosting
Cloudflare — DNS and security

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We select services that meet high data protection standards and keep your data within the United States.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. API keys and credentials are stored in encrypted vaults, not in client-side code.

Request a copy of your stored data at any time
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Opt out of usage-based plan recommendation emails
Export your scoring history

9. Children's Privacy

TokScore Pro is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
