1. Service Description

TokScore Pro ("the Service") is a video analysis and coaching platform operated by Practical Business AI ("PBAI," "we," "us"). The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze TikTok Shop videos and provide scoring, coaching feedback, compliance checks, and recommendations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TokScore Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Permitted Use

The Service is intended for TikTok Shop creators, affiliates, and sellers to improve their video content. You agree to:

Upload only videos you have the right to analyze
Use the Service for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our scoring algorithms
Not use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

5. Scoring and Recommendations

TokScore Pro provides AI-generated analysis and recommendations. Scores and predictions are based on our proprietary rubric and research. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, views, sales, or revenue from following our recommendations. Only TikTok knows exactly how their algorithm works; our analysis represents our best research-backed assessment.

6. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Refunds for unused scores within a billing period are available upon request. Monthly plans auto-renew unless canceled.

7. Your Content

You retain all rights to videos you upload. We process your videos solely to provide the scoring service. We do not share, sell, or use your videos for any purpose other than generating your analysis. Videos are deleted from our processing servers after analysis is complete.

8. Intellectual Property

The TokScore Pro scoring rubric, algorithms, attraction triggers framework, and coaching methodology are proprietary to PBAI. All content, design, and branding on tokscorepro.com are owned by PBAI.

9. Limitation of Liability

TokScore Pro is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to scoring history will be maintained for 90 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
